Shipping. - It is free shipping with a payment of more than $200 and a delivery fee of $20 will be charged for less than that. - The delivery period is 7-14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, and Saturday and holidays are not included in the delivery period. - For some warehousing delays and pre-order delivery products, the preparation period may take about 1 to 3 weeks. - Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be shipped on the same day, and orders that have been paid after (excluding pre-order delivery) will be shipped the next day. - Cancellations after 4 p.m. will be processed as return receipt, so please refer to it when purchasing.
Exchange & Refund - Exchange/return is available upon receipt within 7 days of delivery completion. - The product will be automatically collected upon receipt. - If the product is returned arbitrarily without receiving a separate application, exchange/return is not possible. - If you exchange or return it because of a simple change of mind, you have to pay $99 for the delivery fee.
